China-Belarus Industrial Park | Landmark Belt and Road Pumping Project – Kaiquan

The China-Belarus Industrial Park is a strategic cooperation project jointly promoted by China and Belarus and a landmark project under the Belt and Road Initiative. Since 2016, Shanghai Kaiquan has supplied sewage pumps for the park’s rainwater drainage infrastructure, providing large-capacity pumping solutions designed for high-volume rainwater discharge and reliable operation.

For Rainwater Pump Station No. 4, Kaiquan supplied 5 units with a flow rate of 9,400 m³/h, a head of 15 m, a 900 mm discharge diameter, and 560 kW, 660 V motors. For Rainwater Pump Station No. 5, another 5 units were supplied, each rated at 3,600 m³/h, 33 m head, with a 600 mm discharge diameter and 420 kW, 660 V motors.

Key Technical & Operational Features

Ultra-High-Flow Performance: With capacities reaching 9,400 m³/h, the pumps provide powerful drainage capability for large-scale rainwater pumping stations.

Large-Diameter Submersible Design: The 900 mm submersible sewage pump provides a high-capacity solution and can serve as an alternative to large submersible axial-flow and mixed-flow pumps in suitable rainwater drainage applications.

Reliable Rainwater Drainage: Designed for high-volume rainwater discharge, the pumps support efficient and stable operation of the industrial park’s rainwater drainage system.

Impact & Industry Recognition

Kaiquan’s participation in this landmark Belt and Road cooperation project demonstrates its capability to provide large-diameter, high-capacity pumping solutions for major international infrastructure projects. The successful application of 900 mm submersible sewage pumps further highlights Kaiquan’s engineering capabilities in large-scale rainwater pumping stations and drainage applications.
