At Huai’an No. 2 Pumping Station in Jiangsu Province, Kaiquan developed a 4.5-meter vertical fully adjustable axial flow pump, recognized as Asia’s largest single-unit axial flow pump. The unit delivers an impressive flow rate of 60 m³/s, with a head of 4.89 m, an efficiency of 89.6%, and a 5,000 kW motor. During installation, Kaiquan applied 3D modeling and on-site measurements to optimize equipment alignment and ensure installation accuracy.

For the Western Anyang Water Diversion Project in Henan Province, Kaiquan supplied 14 horizontal split-case double-suction pumps, ranging from 710 kW to 1,000 kW, for a three-stage pumping system with a total lift of approximately 275 meters. The solution was developed through on-site surveys, hydraulic modeling, and repeated technical verification to meet demanding requirements for efficiency and reliability.
