• Compact structure, space-saving
By installing the pump rotor entirely within the inner cavity of the motor rotor, the full tubular pump not only reduces the rotor length but also lowers the pump weight and simplifies on-site installation.
• Wet stator design, no sealing required
The motor stator uses special water-resistant winding wire, completely immersed in water. The heat generated by the stator and rotor during operation is effectively carried away by the working water flow, eliminating the problem of inadequate cooling that can cause excessive temperature rise and motor damage. This fundamentally improves motor reliability.
• Improved device efficiency
The pump’s internal flow channel is straight, with uniform velocity distribution and smooth flow, reducing energy losses and improving overall system efficiency.
aThe blades are directly welded to the motor rotor, eliminating blade gaps and enhancing the blades’ resistance to cavitation.
