Kaiquan GXS High-Efficiency Pump and Heat Exchange Units Selected for the First Prefabricated MEP Promotion Catalog

Recently, following company application, expert review and recommendation, and verification and filing with the China Equipment Management Association, Kaiquan's GXS System High-Efficiency Pump Sets and Heat Exchange Units were successfully selected under the Integrated Assembly category of the Prefabricated MEP Engineering – Industry Chain and Supply Chain Promotion Catalog (First Batch) and were awarded official certificates of inclusion.

The catalog was organized and compiled by the Prefabricated MEP Professional Committee of the China Equipment Management Association. It aims to recommend enterprises with outstanding quality, strong competitiveness, and independent intellectual property rights, while advancing the specialized initiative to expand product offerings, improve quality, and build strong brands across the prefabricated MEP industry. Leveraging its core technological capabilities in high-efficiency pump sets and heat exchange units, Kaiquan successfully passed the rigorous evaluation and stood out among numerous participating enterprises.

Integrated Innovation Driving High-Quality Development of Prefabricated MEP Engineering

Kaiquan GXS integrated skid-mounted pump unit

Kaiquan's GXS System High-Efficiency Pump Sets and Heat Exchange Units feature an integrated skid-mounted design. Pumps, valves, pipe fittings, control cabinets, and other components are pre-installed and commissioned at the factory. Once delivered to the project site, the system can be put into operation simply by connecting the inlet and outlet water pipes, significantly reducing on-site installation time.

The units adopt a large-, medium-, and small-pump combination design, incorporating pumps with different flow-rate capacities. Based on real-time changes in system load, the system can automatically select the most efficient combination of pumps for operation, helping improve overall system efficiency.

In terms of pipeline efficiency, the low-resistance volumetric filter can reduce system resistance by up to 90%, while the low-resistance, slow-closing check valve further helps reduce energy consumption.

The units are equipped with KQLE smart variable-frequency pumps and permanent-magnet motors. Their high-efficiency operating range covers 0.75–1.2 times the rated flow point, exceeding the efficiency requirements of relevant European Union pump energy-efficiency standards.

The products have been widely applied in heating, air conditioning, cooling and refrigeration, water supply, and pressurized irrigation applications, with particularly notable results in residential heating projects in northern China.

This selection represents authoritative recognition of Kaiquan's technological innovation and industrialization capabilities in the field of prefabricated MEP engineering. Going forward, Kaiquan will continue to pursue technology-driven development, deepen the R&D and application of high-efficiency and intelligent products, and contribute further to the high-quality development of the prefabricated MEP engineering industry.
