Features

The KPP Series pulp pumps integrate proven two-phase flow hydraulic design principles, optimizing both efficiency and flow-throug capacity. This engineering ensures uninterrupted pulp transportation, effectively mitigating sedimentation and clogging risks. By minimizing abrasive wear within the pump casing, the series significantly extends operational service life under demanding industrial conditions.

The back-vane impeller design effectively prevents impurity ingress. Additionally, it reduces the axial load exerted on bearings, prolonging the service life of both bearings and the entire pump. Specifically engineered balance holes further lower the pressure within the seal chamber while preventing clogging.

The structural design of the KPP Series pulp pumps aligns with ANSI and API 610 standards. Featuring a heavy-duty bearing housing and short-overhang ratio design, they significantly enhance operational reliability while reducing maintenance costs and operating expenses.
