Russia Wastewater Lift Pumping Station | Dry-Installed Sewage Pump Solution – Kaiquan

In 2023, Shanghai Kaiquan collaborated with one of Russia’s top wastewater EPC contractors to supply 7 sewage pumps for a wastewater lift pumping station in Russia. Each unit delivers a flow rate of 1,750 m³/h at a head of 50 m, with a rated motor power of 355 kW, providing reliable performance for demanding municipal wastewater applications.

To address the challenges of Russia’s severe winter climate, Kaiquan adopted a dry-installed configuration with cooling jackets and an internal cooling circulation system. The system uses an ethanol–distilled water antifreeze mixture as the circulating coolant, helping prevent freezing at low temperatures, reduce the risk of freeze-related pump damage, and support reliable operation under low water-level conditions.
