Features

The TDG Boiler Feed Pump is engineered for high-pressure, continuous-duty steam generation applications in thermal power generation and industrial processing. Utilizing a full pull-out cartridge structure, the pump allows complete internal assembly removal without disturbing suction or discharge piping, significantly reducing downtime during maintenance.

Manufactured with a forged steel outer barrel pressure boundary, high-velocity erosion zones and disassembly interfaces are cladded with wear- and corrosion-resistant weld overlays. The impellers and diffusers are hydraulic-optimized using 3D CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and precision-cast to deliver high operating efficiency and lower total cost of ownership. Axial thrust is hydraulically counterbalanced via a balance disc mechanism, with residual loads absorbed by heavy-duty thrust bearings. Fitted with cartridge mechanical seals and flexible diaphragm couplings, the TDG pump supports direct electric motor drives, variable-speed steam turbine drives, or fluid coupling integration.
