    Product Details

    Features

The Essential Service Water Pump is a vital, safety-critical equipment operating within the Essential Service Water System (SEC System) of nuclear power plants. Its primary function is to deliver raw cooling water (seawater or river water) at adequate flow rates and pressure to ensure the thermal performance and heat transfer capacity of the RRI-SEC Heat Exchangers (Component Cooling Water / Essential Service Water Heat Exchangers), transferring nuclear island heat loads directly to the Ultimate Heat Sink (UHS).
The pump assembly has successfully completed rigorous qualification testing, including hydraulic performance testing, long-term endurance testing, and dynamic starting characteristic curve evaluations. Featuring robust anti-corrosion resistance, high hydraulic efficiency, and proven operational integrity under severe environmental conditions, the SEC Essential Service Water Pump reaches an advanced international benchmark for world-class nuclear power plant ultimate heat sink pumps.

    Application

    • Nuclear Power
