    Product Details

    Features

The AP1000 Residual Heat Removal (RHR) Pump is a vital component of the residual heat removal system (RHR) in nuclear power plants. Its primary function is to circulate reactor coolant between the RHR heat exchanger and the Reactor Pressure Vessel (RPV) when the main reactor coolant pumps (RCPs) are shut down, thereby ensuring the plant safely maintains a cold shutdown state.
The pump assembly has successfully completed comprehensive qualification testing, including hydraulic performance tests, endurance testing, thermal shock resistance tests, cold shock resistance tests, and seismic qualification testing. Demonstrating nuclear-grade safety and extreme operational durability, the pump meets advanced international standards for Class 1E safety-related power plant equipment.

    Application

    • Nuclear Power
