KQA Series Multistage Pump with Axial Spilt Casing

KQA series pumps are designed and made in accordance with API610 th10 (Centrifugal Pump for Petroleum, chemical and natural gas). It can be used for wicked work condition like high temperature, low temperature and high pressure. The casing is equipped with a volute, center line support with symmetrical impellers. Even if there is no balance plate or balance drum, the axial force can also be removed. So it is more reliable to deliver the medium with solid particles. The suction and discharge in under the pump casing so that it is convenient to disassemble or install the pump without moving the pipe line. The first impeller can be designed as single suction or double suction impeller. And the seal system completely presses API682. Various mechanical seals, flushing forms, and cooling forms or heat preservation forms are optional. Also pump can be designed specially according to customers. The bearing can be self-lubrication rolling bearing, sliding bearing or compulsive lubrication bearing. Pump rotation is clockwise from drive end to pump. Also it can be anti-clockwise if necessary. There are many advantages of this series pumps such as high efficiency, good cavitation performance, compact and reasonal structure, smooth operation and convenient maintenance.
