KQTL(R) series desulfurization pumps are single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pumps, developed by Kaiquan Pump Group for desulfurization purification devices of coal-fired units in thermal power plants. They are mainly used as circulation pumps for absorption towers in wet FGD devices to convey limestone and gypsum slurries. The products draw on features of similar domestic and foreign products. They are safe and reliable when operating, easily maintained, energy efficient, and demonstrate a long service life.

Features:

1. Because CAD design method, integration of dualistic theory and two-phase flow theory, CFD-optimized hydraulic model design for impeller, reasonable structure, good overall performance, smooth operation, and highly efficient.

2. Advanced dynamic seal concept is adopted for bracket and oil chamber sealing, bringing no wear and no leakage.

3. Import bearings, thin-oil bath lubrication, and high-end configuration greatly extend the service life of bearings.

4. Balance holes are set on the impeller to further lower the pressure difference between front and back covers and prolong the service life of the bearings.

5. The pumps are designed with a special stainless-steel split stripping ring for easy removal of the impeller.

6.Axial adjustment mechanism for the rotor ensures consistent highly-efficientoperation of the pump.

Application:

The pumps are mainly used as circulation pumps for absorption towers in wet FGD devices. They also can be used for conveying fluids containing small corrosive particles in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical engineering, and other industrial sectors, and used in municipal sewage discharge and river dreging.
