XBD-DP Series Firefighting Pump

Introduction:

XBD-DP series stainless steel punching multistage fire pump is a new product developed by our company according to the market demand and the introduction of foreign advanced technology. Its performance and technical conditions meet the requirements of GB6245-2006 fire pump.

XBD-DP series stainless steel punching multistage fire pump main components such as impeller, guide vane middle segment, shaft, etc. are made of stainless steel by cold drawing and punching (part of the flow passage parts are made of cast iron). The pump will not be unable to start or bite due to rust in a long period of not being operated. The pump has small volume, light weight, small vibration, low noise, corrosion resistance, high efficiency and energy saving, beautiful appearance, long maintenance cycle and service life.

The inlet and outlet of XBD-DP series stainless steel punching multistage fire pump are in the same straight line, which is convenient for user’s pipeline connection. The pump shaft seal adopts the cartridge mechanical seal without leakage. The machine seal is easy to maintain, and the pump does not need to be removed when replacing the machine seal.
