ZQ(HQ) Series Submersible Axial Flow Pump, Mixed Flow Pump

Kaiquan ZQ, HQ blade semi adjustable submersible axial flow pump and mixed flow pump (collectively referred to as submersible pump in this sample) are the updated products of traditional axial flow pump and mixed flow pump, which retain the characteristics of large single flow, wide head range and high efficiency, and drive the motor of the pump It is a dry-type totally enclosed three-phase asynchronous motor, which can run continuously in water for a long time, and has the advantages that the traditional unit can’t match.

1. Strong adaptability:

(1) It can transport clear water and light sewage, medium temperature can reach 40 ℃, pH value is 4-10, and the maximum passing particle is not more than 100mm.

(2) Use occasions: urban water supply, water diversion project, urban sewage drainage system, sewage treatment project, power station drainage, dock water supply and drainage, water diversion of water network hub, drainage irrigation, aquaculture, etc. The submersible axial-flow pump is suitable for low head and large flow situations. The service head is generally less than 10 meters. The submersible mixed flow pump has high efficiency and good cavitation performance. It is suitable for situations with large water level fluctuation and high demand for head. The service head is less than 20 meters.

2. Small investment and simple operation management of pump station:

(1) Because of submergence operation, it can greatly simplify the geotechnical and architectural structure engineering of the pump station, reduce the installation area, and save 30-40% of the project cost.

(2) As the motor and water pump are integrated, there is no need to carry out the assembly process of labor-consuming and time-consuming motor drive mechanism water pump axis alignment at the installation site, which is convenient and fast for field installation.

3. High reliability, no vibration and low noise:

(2) The submersible motor adopts double or triple mechanical seal to prevent water leakage reliably. Due to large axial force, the large pump adopts special thrust bearing, which has reasonable structure design, sufficient lubrication and long service life.

(3) The motor adopts class F insulation, high temperature resistance, equipped with temperature protection, monitoring, leakage and other alarm devices.

(4) When the pump is submerged in water, the cooling condition is good; the pump has good running balance, stability, small vibration and low noise.

Structure:

1. The impeller is converted by the most advanced hydraulic model at present, with excellent, stable and mature performance. Select a smaller nd value, good anti cavitation performance, to ensure smooth operation.

2. Two or three sets of independent mechanical seals of shaft seal isolate the motor from the pump seal; the upper and lower series installation provides multiple insurances and improves the reliability.

3. The oil in the oil chamber lubricates and cools the seal, and plays an isolation role between the motor and the medium delivered. The reserved volume can slow down the sharp rise of the pressure in the oil chamber.

4. The advanced cable sealing adopts the unique patented technology of cable sealing. Water or gas cannot penetrate into the cable from the outer layer of the cable sheath radially, so as to prevent water leakage between the cores, prevent capillary leakage, facilitate disassembly and cable replacement.

5. The bearing adopts rolling bearing, which can bear all the axial and radial loads and is completely separated from the medium delivered by the pump.

6. The pump / motor shaft pump is coaxial with the motor, compact in structure, and the shaft extension is shortened as far as possible. The rigidity is strengthened in design, and the influence of deflection on the safety and reliability of the product is reduced. The vibration is small in operation, and the service life of the seal and bearing is long.

7. High performance squirrel cage induction motor is specially designed and manufactured by Shanghai Kaiquan for submersible pump, which conforms to gb755 standard. Insulation class F. Rated frequency: 50Hz, protection grade: IP68. Three VPI processes are adopted to ensure reliable insulation. Depending on the power, 380 V, 660V, 6kV, 10kV and other voltage levels can be used. We can design and manufacture products with special voltage level according to customers’ requirements.

8. The monitoring device is equipped with a variety of sensors in the submersible pump, such as leakage, over temperature, water inlet protection, etc., which are detected and controlled by a special protector installed in the electric control cabinet, and can effectively protect the submersible pump in real time.
