Type D Horizontal Multi-stage Centrifugal Pump

It’s segmental multi-stage centrifugal pump, mainly supporting by foot, and connecting suction, middle and discharge part by tighten bolt. Here are they advantages:

2. The static sealing between pump suction segment, middle segment and discharge segment are metal-surface sealing and O- ring double sealing, and pump shaft seals are sealed by ramie packing or mechanical sealing, which are safe and reliable;

4. The rotor using static balancing and dynamic balancing process to restrict rotor runout, and the pump runs steadily with low vibration;

5. The shaft in carbon steel、alloy steel and stainless steel will going through multichannel heat treatment process, which makes it high rigidity and good stability;

6. With special shoulder posotioning structure, it’s more reliable for impeller positioning and safer for operation;

7. High quality castings or forgings are used in the suction and discharge segment of pumps to ensure hydraulic efficiency and reliability of operation;

8. The material of balance mechanism is made of high quality stainless steel. The surface of friction pair is quenched or sprayed with cemented carbide. It has good wear resistance and long service life;

9. Some models adopt first-stage double suction structure to improve anti-cavitation performance.
