DG Type Boiler Feed Pump

The DG series boiler feed pump is a multi-stage centrifugal pump of segmented type, which connects the water inlet section, middle section and water outlet section with a tightening bolt. The inlet and outlet directions are vertical upwards. The static seals between the pump’s inlet, middle and outlet sections are sealed with a metal face and an O-ring seal. The hydraulic components are optimized using CFD flow field analysis technology. The design and performance are excellent; the impeller and guide vane are precision-casting, the flow channel is smooth, the dimensional accuracy is high, and the efficiency is high; the rotor is dynamically balanced, and the accuracy level is higher than the industry level; looking at the pump from the transmission direction, the pump rotates clockwise.

DG type medium and low pressure boiler feed water pump adopts foot support structure; the product meets GB / T5657-1995 “Centrifugal Pump Technical Conditions III” standard.
