KGD/KGDS Series Vertical Pipe Pump

KGD/KGDS vertical pipe pump is in accordance with API610. It is OH3/OH4 type pump of API610.

Features:

1) Pump operation is smooth and stable with safe and reliable structure.

2) Pump efficiency on average is high with low energy conservation so it is a kind of preferred product.

3) Pump cavitation performance is good and it is much better than other similar product.

4) Pump performance range is wide and the maximum capacity can be 1000m3/h. The maximum head can be 230m, meanwhile, pump performance curves are closed so that it is convenient to select very suitable models for various customer demands.

5) KGD pumps have no bearing bodies and rigid couplings. The motor bearing can bear the axial force. The pump has a simple structure and high cost performance because of low center height. It is suitable for general work condition. KGDS, attached with a single diaphragm flexible coupling, can bear axial force by its standalone bearing body. It can be used at high-temperature high-pressure and complex work condition.

6) It has high standardization and good universality. Besides the general standard components, the impeller and pump body parts of KGD and KGDS are replaceable.

7) Pump material of wet parts is selected according to API standard material and also costumer demands.

8) Our company has received ISO9001 2000 quality certificate. There is a strict quality control system during pump design, manufacture, and so on so that the pump quality is guaranteed.

Work pressure(P): inlet and outlet pressure class both are 2.0MPa

Performance range: Capacity Q=0.5~1000m3/h, Head H=4~230m

Work temperature(t): KGD-20~+150, KGDS-20~+250

Standard speed(n): 2950r/min and 1475r/min

In accordance with API610 standard

Application:

This series pumps are suitable to transfer clean or lightly polluted neutral or lightly corrosive liquid without solid particles. This series pump is mainly used to oil refining, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, coal processing, paper industry, sea industry, power industry, food, pharmacy, environment protection and so on.
