It is reported that the workshop mainly produces submersible motors for large row and axial flow pumps above 7.5KW, including two production lines of low-voltage motors and high-voltage motors. During the upgrade process, in order to improve the production efficiency of motors and restore the manufacturing capacity of high-voltage motors, Kaiquan introduced a series of advanced motor manufacturing equipment such as robotic strapping machines and inter-turn gelling machines. At present, the two production lines in the workshop can greatly increase the monthly production capacity of low-voltage motors and high-voltage motors compared with the previous production level.

 
In addition, in order to ensure the reliability of product quality to the greatest extent, Kaiquan has carried out comprehensive inspections on the inter-turn, inter-phase, ground and three-phase resistance of products during the production process. Among them, the introduction of automation equipment also avoids the influence of human factors on product quality.
