KAIQUAN joins hands with HVAC industry partners to create a bright green and efficient future

To promote the exchange of high-efficiency server room technology and high-quality development in the field of HVAC, the “2020 High-Efficiency Server Room Technology Development and Application Forum”, co-organized by KAIQUAN and the HVAC Industry Technology Innovation Alliance, was successfully held in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province on December 18, 2020. More than 400 representatives from industry associations, research institutes, universities, equipment manufacturers and O&M enterprises attended the conference, and the online photo live broadcast launched at the same time also attracted tens of thousands of people to click and watch. Mr. Lu Bin, Vice President of China Academy of Building Science and Research on Environment and Energy / Jianke Environment and Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Mr. Kevin Lin, Chairman and President of KAIQUAN delivered opening speeches, and experts and scholars from the national HVAC field and industry experts discussed the technology and application in high-efficiency rooms and future development trends.

Industry, transportation and construction are the three major areas of energy consumption in China, and construction accounts for 40% of the overall energy consumption, making it the top of the three major energy consumers. And nearly half of the building energy consumption is consumed through HVAC, it can be said that HVAC is a black hole of energy loss. A precisely adapted green and efficient cooling system plays an important role in improving the energy efficiency and greening of buildings. Water pump as an important equipment device in the air conditioning water system, its reasonable selection, operation and energy saving or not is very critical. 

In his speech “Product Upgrade and User Value”, President Kevin Lin mentioned that the pump is a dynamic device, and the functions it needs to meet can usually be done relatively simply, but its reliability and efficiency improvement are not so easy. In terms of product quality and efficiency, KAIQUAN has invested a lot of research and development costs, careful manufacturing, to create first-class quality; in terms of energy-saving transformation, KAIQUAN has been taking action, not only can provide users with free system testing services, more able to provide users with a complete energy-saving transformation program. In the summit forum, Mr. Shi Yong, chief engineer of KAIQUAN building pump branch, also made a wonderful speech, introducing the performance improvement of KAIQUAN HVAC pumps from two aspects: efficiency improvement and reliability improvement of pumps for HVAC. After 5 years of hydraulic research, the performance of KAIQUAN single-stage pumps for HVAC has been greatly improved, the R&D efficiency of 76% common models exceeds or is close to the efficiency of imported pumps, and compared with Chinese brands, the matching power of 20-40 common models is lower than that of competitors. Construction application is one of the traditional business that KAIQUAN has been deeply cultivating. In this meeting, the guests also visited the digital production base of KAIQUAN construction pumps located in Wenzhou, which is one of the 30 digital workshops and smart factories demonstration projects that Wenzhou is fully cultivating, and is also the first digital production base in Wenzhou.
